Album details missing on iPad

Hi. As you can see, album pages on iPad are lacking artist and album titles, album details are empty too. All is good on web and iPhone. I’ve witnessed this on iPad 11 and iPad mini 6.

It seems like you would need to update your Deezer app to the latest version available on the App store 😁

Hi Alfredo, thanks for checking this out. I’ve updated to 10.36.2. Now sometimes it’s ok, but most of the time the issue is still there unfortunately.

Have you also checked that you have the latest version of the iOS software installed in your devices? 👀

You can check it out in the Settings of your Apple devices 😁

If everything is OK, try the following steps:

  1. Clear cache/data: Go to your phone’s settings and clear the cache or data for the Deezer app.
  2. Reinstall Deezer: Completely uninstall and reinstall the app, ensuring you're using the latest version.
  3. Check for updates: Make sure both your phone's OS and Deezer app are updated to the latest versions.
  4. Try a different network: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is related to the network.

No, didn’t help. All is up to date on my devices, and the web/iPhone works without issues.

Hi, so a month has passed, the issue is not fixed, but I have something more to add, please see video: bug

As you can see, when opening an app and navigating to the album page, no details are shown. If then I’m switching to another app and back to Deezer - now album details are populated (layout is slighly wrong btw). Artist and album title are still missing though. I’m switching back and forth once more - and now all is ok. If that may help - please pass it to the devs.

Hi ​@DenysUA I have reported the problem and our developers are aware, however, I can’t guarantee when it is going to be fixed though.

I wish to also report this, across latest app version on iPad OS 16 on an iPad Pro and iPad OS 18.5 on an iPad 7th gen.

It has been broken for must be a month or two.
