it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .

i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.

i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

Hi there, happy to answer all your questions. First of all as of now there is no combined HiFi and Family subscription, meaning you can only have one.



Now that you're on the family subscription the secondary profiles can listen at the same time as you. But it's important that they first switch to their own profile after they logged in to the account. If they don't switch, they are listening on your profile at the same time which is not possible.



If you want to go back to HiFi, you need to first cancel your subscription with IOS and wait for that one to end. Once your account is reverted to free, you'll be able to subscribe to HiFi again 🙂

So if I prefer HiFI - right now I need 2 separate accounts for my spouse and myself, each at $20 a month in the US ?



If I do go back by canceling and then re signing- do we loose the setups we already made with our selections?



Is there a scheduled time to have the quality of HiFi for us together on one account?

Absolutely, though it shouldn't be less of a value then Tidals offer is. Deezer has more music, I'd love to join Deezer, but for now Tidal has lossless everywhere and Family plus Hifi.



This is in here for months and obviously more a question of how to sell the product than development. I wonder if you're thinking about it, Deezer? Maybe? 🙂 I really hope so...!

I currently have a family plan but would like to enjoy the higher quality of the Hi-fi plan. I've tried changing the subscription, but it just takes me to the payment method page. How do i make this change? How many profiles can you have on the Hi-fi plan?We don't have Family HiFi plan yet, but please, vote for this topic, we are passing it on to our devs :)

I'm using Deezer now for a few years and so far, no complains.



I just started a family account before reading this topic. We have 4 users in the house and of 2 of them with Sonos. The idea was that every family member has his own account and music.

To my great surprise you can only access the Sonos app with the master profile of the Family account from Deezer.



I see a lot of promises but no hard dates.

Deezer can you tell me when it's possible to use all the family accounts. If it's not possible I will change to Spotify (rather not). And please now answer like "we are working on it" but a concrete date or say sorry we can't provide this service.



It's a little childish that Deezer is pointing to Sonos and Sonos to Deezer. I think you both provided from each other so solve it together please.
Just talked some family members into subscribing to Deezer but I seriously doubt if they will keep their subscription once I tell them that they can't access their sub accounts thru Sonos. I find it incredibly frustrating that this feature isn't already available given Deezer's partnership with Sonos (Deezer HiFi). You dropped the ball on this one, dev team. Regardless of how many votes this feature request gets, you guys need to implement it, or you're going to lose the Sonos crowd......

How about a custom Family plan where main profile would be HiFi and then the secodary profiles Premium+? I would like to enjoy my music in best possible quality (wherever/whenever possible) but my wife and two kids would be satisfied with Premium+ quality on their iphones and ipads.

Deezer, please, be sirious... You have to give permission to all the family users to use deezer via heos. This is frustrating...
