Hi there @Vincent Herz

Did you mean that we can't control your Sonos through the app? Because we do support Sonos but you need to login to Deezer using the Sonos app.

@Rudi I have a family account with one profil for me and one profile for my wife. It is not possible to access the profile of my wife. Not possible to play her flow, her playlists or her favorite songs. Not even with a workaround.

Hi there @Vincent Herz

Thank you for clarifying and for your patience. Yes, unfortunately on systems like Sonos you can only listen to your Master Profile. But we're currently discussing how to improve this.
In the meantime, you could ask your wife to share her playlists with you, without having them set as private, and access it via your profile.

I have seen many questions about this that are more than one year old ... does it really take this long? Or is Deezer ok with people leaving and getting this feature at tidal?

Hey @schmiddi

Thank you for your feedback. You're right, some of these questions are old. We've been working on other features but this has been on our pipeline for quite some time as well. Please bear with us if you can, and when we've got more news, we'll be updating this topic.

Hello. I am a premium user with 2 accounts but I want to get a family Hi Fi subscription. The problem is that only Tidal has such an option. And also H Fi for phone users - Flac quality. As I see that this topic is so old and Deezer has done nothing to change subscriptions I seriouslly taking into consideration changing provider to Tidal. Sorry Deezer but if you don't change anything people might leave you...

I would sign up instantly! This needs to happen.

This needed to happen yesterday. Sort of speaking. If another music provider has this and there is a need for such a thing you should give your subscribers this option. Even if it costs more. Maybe I want to pay more for a family subscription with HiFi quality. Let me - the customer - be the judge for that. OK - not like insanely more like the price on Tidal - but you get the ideea. 🙂

I am trying Deezer for the first time, I like the service, but the lack of a hifi family plan will be a deal breaker

How is it possible Deezer, you really do not listen to your customers. Why is there still no Hifi - Family combination possible !!!!

Hi there @ON7BT

Thank you for your feedback. We do listen to our users, it's just a bit more difficult to make it happen than it seems. Please vote for the idea here 😉

Seems ridiculous to not have HiFi family plan.

Don't be ridiculous when you can, man.

I came to see if there was a HiFi family plan. I see TIDAL offers a HiFi family plan for $30

I'd do it if the sound quality is better. just sayin

Hi, I'm new to deezer because I wanted to try out the hifi quality, and it's amazing. But my question is if it is possible to include one hifi account to the family plan. Thanks for replies.

Rafael.

I have had the hifi plan for years to use with my stereo through Sonos and it works great. I also want my wife to be able to use Deezer on her walks. Unfortunately the hifi plan doesn’t allow more than one user. Please add a family option to the hifi plan.

Obviously Deezer is not listening to its customers. We have been asking for a hifi family plan for years and they refuse to do it. It’s not that difficult for them to add it. They just do not want to for some reason. As soon as Tidal or another company gets it I will be dumping Deezer.

Tidal has family hifi subscription for $29.99 a month. Deezer keeps saying they can’t do it. By By Deezer...hello Tidal.

You would have fewer frustrated customers if you just explained what the problem is. Given that you have Family subscriptions and Hifi subscriptions, from the outside Family Hifi looks as if it's something that could be activated in minutes. What's the road-block?

Thanks for the feedback @IanJam. We've been discussing this quite often recently. Hopefully it'll be possible 👍🏼

Again, the same type of response from Deezer...we are looking at it. Obviously they have no intention on adding a hifi family plan.
