Deezer Family and HiFi subscription

it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .
i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.
i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

what do you think?🎼

    Not possible as much as I know , but I don't see any reason why to have both . When you are using compatible HIFI device you'll get the HIFI quality . When you are using a device that is not compatible you will get 320kbps which is the same as Premium +

    Well it's the family plan I want, along with the Hi-Fi. There is another streaming service that has a Hi-Fi Family plan, but they don't have a Roku app.

    As a Hi-fi Deezer user how to give other home (family) users access to Deezer.

    I think you can't . No HiFi family plan is available ...

    @MusicIsLife1122 is right, @mgraca HiFi is for individual use, there's no option for multiple accounts with that yet, but it's been suggested on our ideas forum already, go vote for it 😉

      Am I the only person that wants Deezer HiFi for my main system / use and Deezer Family for the kids (or even ‘Deezer HiFi Family’ if it wasn’t stupidly priced)? Getting nowhere with Deezer in response to this...

        Sorry, that’s my point. I want to have a family subscription that includes HiFi without having to subscribe separately to HiFi AND Family. Hope this now makes sense...

          Hi, is there any way family members can access their own profiles when playing Deezer through Sonos? I can’t see how and am about to switch to Spotify as a result, but thought I’d check first!
