Deezer Family and HiFi subscription

Hi @FamilyHunter , our HiFi plan works really well with B&O sound systems, but to listen to the songs in in Flac quality you would have to switch to the HiFi subscription and give up of the Family one. You still can use the Family account on your B&O sound system, but only the master profile. Also, the sound will be in High Quality, not Flac. 😉

or if we could listen to the same song on two phones or same song on the speaker and phone at the same time

I'm on the 30-day Trial of HiFi; have Premium+ just for me.

If I add my family to this plan, how much would it be? How to sign up for it without LOSING Hi-Fi for me?

I want this SO much!!!I have emailed support about this last year.

Unfortunately it is not posible to in Sonos , Because Family is not a multi-account offer, but a multi-profile one: with a single Deezer account (login /pwd) you can create and use different profiles, each of them independent of the other.
It would require from our Sonos a specific implementation that is outside the classic scope of the integration of our service.

You can, but you are not able to switch profiles on the Sonos system. :)
Any idea if and when this will be implemented? I have the same issue. Thanks!

Is it possible to switch family accounts through the sonos app.
I hold the master account and my family would rather use their own profiles when playing sonos

YES This is a necessity for many of us who want lossless streaming not limited to a single user. Either create an additional user support to existing HiFi or add a HiFi - Family upgrade! Many people will support this.
