Already whenever I searched, I had to scroll the results page down to get more than the first few songs into view. There’s just a lot of clutter around the page, and the part I care about gets precious little screen real estate. But now with the Top Result box, I can’t see any of the song list, just the one song, taking up way more space than it needs to. A plain old tabular list already had the top result, right at the top! That’s what it means! It’s the top result, because it’s at the top! The top of the list! The list that already existed! This just takes up more space and offers zero additional information, and makes the list harder to use by requiring more scrolling if it’s not what I was looking for. Can I request a “compact view” that eliminates all this?

Is there a place where we can find the release notes? For example, the Windows app v7.0.130 has just dropped, but I don’t know what changed. Seeing the number of bugs I’ve seen in the app, or some critical but missing features (like selecting a range of tracks with Shift+click), I’d be interested to know what’s fixed in each new release; I think it’s quite common for software developers to make that available. But I’ve only found a few release notes for a few beta version 8.x.

Hi friends I just bought new Yamaha av receiver I use for 2 years Spotify and it is great in musiccast app... Is is the same interface On Deezer it is very bad interface in yamaha app… Plz plz plz fix it to be better it is not possible you use Deezer like this I uploaded pic how it look like

When I go to my list of favorite albums, there is a scroll bar but there is no highlighted portion/ button/ whatever to click on in order to move the page up and down. I have many albums in my list and this lack of functionality in the scroll bar makes browsing through the albums difficult.

It seems more and more songs are without any availability of lyrics. Im sure some were previously available, but no longer. Im logging into other apps to get the lyrics. Not cool. Seriously considering using another platform after being a long paying customer and have always bigged Deezer up to everyone. I can't be the only one raising this issue surely?

is there a setting to start the next song on the playlist 1 minute into the track? I'll like to maintain the momentum of the party than having to start every track from the beginning

I have a quite a big problem on the Samsung TV app. When I choose one of the artists from my favourites I only see a very partial list of their discography… that doesn’t happen on the iphone app. Is it something known? Will it be fixed? Thanks

I mean DEEZER can currently be UPLOADED in MP3... And that is not enough On other platforms they have, the option to upload music in other formats, as well as, YOUTUBE MUSIC, APPLE MUSIC, AMAZON MUSIC ... And we want DEEZER to be able to have that option too and not just MP3 Thank you.

I’m pretty amazed how poor Deezer is in general, relating to app stability both for iOS and Mac OS newest versions (non beta pre-releases) More than often, I get “Unable to load page”, giving multiple reasons such as the useless “An error occurred” message or “The page didn’t load - This content is currently unavailable due to a technical error or poor internet connection. Check your connection and reload the page” Guaranteed not a poor connection as it’s hit or miss what I try to access through e.g. the app. Some app areas works great w/o any connection “error messages” and others give the nonsense connection error. Incredible… Never had these issues (at least as frequent) with both Spotify and Apple music.. When swapping my phone next time, I’m going back to Spotify a this is just getting too much (and have to re-download all my on phone music anyway). Oh, and btw the 90’s called - what is this with login in to the Mac OS app via a web page rather than directly in the application?

Hey folks. I’m a new Deezer user and I can’t figure out an issue that I am seeing with albums being sorted Recently Added in Favorites. I added a few new albums that just came out to my favorites. However, they appear at the very bottom of my Albums in the Recently Added selection. I have hundreds of older albums that added a few days ago, but they are appearing first and my recently added albums appear at the very bottom. So basically long story short, the sort order is backwards where it’s showing older albums I added first. Has anyone else seen this?

How come you can't search for your playlists specifically?On the left bar, not all of them are shown and when you try to look for them, you can only search for playlists on Deezer in general.Really?

Hello, I have an Android phone, macbooks and Amazon Echo show 5 and echo dot. When im writing my reports or reading about science i love to listen to music. I realized when i used deezer on my alexa devices i cannot send music to it from my phone or from my macbook. Its a pitty because other providers have made this simple to use. There are so many good playlist on deezer what i want to listen and find new ideas and waves in music. Can you make it available to access my devices in a menu to “steam" the music and have control from my phone or computer on it? Best regards, Nándor

Hi All, Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere, but couldn’t find the topic before. I’m moving to Deezer from Spotify, where I have an absolute unit of a playlist (2.5k songs or so), which is very dear to me, and I want to take it with me - I have this problem when trying to open the playlist sharing functionality, the redirect window is constantly loading, and nothing happens. The time to pay for the Spotify comes near and I’d very much like to make it happen before it xDD I tried to use Tune my Music directly on their site, but I’m asked to pay, since the total number of songs I want to “relocate” exceeds their no-fee limit. May I ask someone to help me with how to proceed?

Hi, I've just reinstalled the app but one really useful function seems to have been removed? It's the "create shortcut in home screen" when you are looking at albums. I used to be able to add those to the home screen and click to take me directly to the album and keep on top of music I want to listen to. Any ideas? Thanks, Andrew.

Hi alldo you use LISTEN NEXT and ADD TO QUEUE !? I notice that page where is queue there is always song or songs which I did not add. When I open my playlist and play one song all songs from that playlist are there (in queue) although I did not put them there .Same thing is with albums and favourite songs depends from where you played last song. Now I wanna listen songs from particular order .When I add song from LISTEN NEXT, then song which I choose are behind first song I was play ,and other all songs which I did not add from that playlist are there . Same is when I ADD TO QUEUE only then song is in the end of all . For example : I was last listen playlist Music Tribe ,and first song from there Daylight . Then I was add with LISTEN NEXT song Dangerous Woman .Now is that song behind song Daylight . Also I was add with ADD TO QUEUE song Flowers . Now is that song in the end of all . Instead of a Flow for Moods and One For Genres, can we select a flow that we can fine tune to our liking? Like an Equalizer for the Algorithm? Yeah I'm a bit melancholic, but not pop R&b or indie folk instrumental, I'm Outlaw Grunge Rap melancholic, so it would be nice to weight the selections in that direction so I don't find myself skipping several songs because they don't quite fit in. That's all, just a thought.

Crossfade is such a basic function. I would like to know when Deezer plans to roll it out for the Desktop app and why they haven't done so in all these years.

I've just being happily using Deezer for the last 10 years. Now they move the most important button, for what looks like no god damn reason. It's only a daily minor inconvenience, yeah well now I kinda hate Deezer. I don't want to stand in the way of progress, but this, this is stupidity You know I've never even met another person who uses Deezer. I'm here out of habit, and Deezer just said fuck my habits.

Dear Deezer, In my opinion you guys are kind of sleeping on the Discord Rich Presence Idea we the community have been requesting over the course of 2-3 years and the community has also included some great points into creating this feature possible! In my opinion you guys are really sleeping on this opportunity right now, Spotify has this feature, displaying the artist, the current song playing, how much time has elapsed etc. It would be really neat to have this with Deezer too! I don’t want to switch just because of a single feature Spotify and Discord have! You guys should try and do this and let the community know how it goes, keep us updated. Hi everyone, I am new to the app and trying to figure out if there’s some way to circumvent the app launching a 200-plus-song playlist every time I want to just listen to one song (or maybe add a few more to the queue after it) without having to clear the queue, which you also apparently have to do one song at a time?? I really wish there was a way to turn this off, but I’ve been looking at the posts on the forums and it seems like maybe the staff isn’t comprehending this issue, so I wanted to ask regular users if they’ve found out any way to get around it with what we have to work with currently. I wish that this thing that kind of feels like a no-brainer had been implemented at some point in the last five years, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers and the sound quality is pretty good. Someone let me know if this should’ve been on a different sub-forum. Thanks!
