Deezer keeps crashing on my MacBook Pro after one or two minutes of playing some music, and it hasn’t been happening before (I’ve been using it on desktop for several months now...).

Should I restart my computer and see what happens then?

Hey there @borut

Currently, we're unable to offer a 64bits version, but it's something on the cards, yes. And one of our big focuses for 2021 is to improve our desktop app performance and connectivity :relaxed:

Hey @j_argeles7519

I encourage you to reinstall the app and yes, restart your Mac. If it doesn't help, please let me know the version of the app.

Hi,

In the end, I restarted it and updated my Deezer (I realized I hadn’t yet) and it worked!

Today I installed the Deezer application on my home
stationary computer -Win, connected to a HiFi subscription.
This problem immediately appeared: when deleting a track from
"favorite tracks", it gives an error and does not load the list of
tracks, and asks to repeat it later. This problem every time you
delete a track. You have to exit the program and re-enter, then it
starts to work correctly again, but until the track is deleted,
everything is repeated. It's naturally annoying, and I guess it
shouldn't be. Tell me what's the problem?

Hi there,

I’m trying to use Deezer desktop on my pro PC, no luck.

Windows 10 1903

16 GB of RAM

Connected to my home wifi

Deezer 4.28.0.

I can search, browse artists, tracks, etc, but I can’t play anything. The progress bar is stuck at 00:00 and nothing happens.

I tried with Firefox 83, and I get an error message: “An error occurred. Please try again later”. Very informative indeed.

Deezer on my iPhone 8, on the same wifi network, works well.

I also tried to shutdown the firewall, re-install the application, no luck. I just can’t use Deezer on my computer.

Hi there @romu70 @pithy_prolix

Sorry for the experience.

Please reinstall the app (4.29 should be available to you by now), restart your computer and internet router, then clear cache and cookies from your default browser and keep me posted!

There's an issue we're investigating on Firefox at the moment @romu70, so perhaps try another browser :thumbsup_tone2:

@Rudi I was helped through the email support and it is working now. Thank you.

Hello there! In the last 3 months, a window with the text "Lost internet connection, please try again later" appears on the Deezer website at the end of the song. When you turn on another song, the same song is repeated. Google Chrome browser, the browser cache was cleaned, but it did not help. How do I fix the problem?

Hi @Rudi, It seems the deezer desktop app and website won't play my music anymore without stuttering. I already deleted and reinstalled the desktop app and then restarted my laptop, but that doesn't seem to work. The selected audio quality also does not seem to affect the issue.

My PC has been restarted this week-end. I run the 4.29. I cleared cache and cookies → no music.

Tried on Chromium → no music.

I haven’t rebooted my rooter which works well. And as Deezer works from my iPhone, I doubt the problem is in this area.

Have you tried updating the browser @Alexei Shilyaev? I haven't seen a similar report around here. What version of it do you have and what's your OS?

@Rudi, I have the latest version of the browser - 87.0.4280.88, Windows 7 (Professional) 32-bit.

Hi there @mathieu.dm

Sorry to hear that. I've carried out some maintenance to your account and sent a password reset email. Please change your password and try again.

If it doesn't help, please let me know if you get an error message and more details about your laptop including OS and app version! :relaxed:

Hey @romu70 it isn't because your router works well or not, but because a new connection might fix things. Please give it a try and like @mathieu.dm, please provide more details about your system and device :thumbsup_tone2:

Filter applying dosent seems to work. When in "popular track" im trying to change filters (song name, almub) the UI of the app is changing but when i click on the track from the my filtered list the play invokes on original song order(just like if i dont change song order).
For example first song in beatles page is "Let it Be". If i sort song by name the first song will be "A day in the life", but when i click on play button on day in the life the "Let it Be" will be played instead.

Already tryied to send this to the support with my .nfo file, but got same answer 2 time in the row and then marked as solved.

p.s. deezer app from microsoft store. Version 4.29.0. Already tryed to reinstall

I’m using Deezer since october and there are my issues:

  • Deezer 4.29.0 (and older) on Windows 10 sometimes randomly closing after finish song without any error or crash info.
  • When I don’t have an internet some songs don’t play. My playlists are downloaded. Looks like every two or three songs are playing.

@Rudi, I cleared the cache and cookies but it didn't help.

Hi there, there’s an issue with the search function in “my mp3’s”. This doesn’t work… You just see the whole list

My deezer stops playing after one song and won’t continue to the next song. It started yesterday and I normally use the website but I downloaded the app on my windows and it does it on the app too. I’ve cleared my cache and restarted my computer and logged out but it’s still doing the same thing.
