Very high data usage

Since the 'free' upgrade to HiFi was rolled out Deezer is using huge amounts of streaming data. Before I would have my streaming settings set to 128kbs and would use about 1.5GB a month during my normal use, approx an hour a day, maybe 20 days in a month. Now, Deezer will use approx 100-150MBs per song, regardless of streaming quality selected. This seems to calculate as being stuck in HiFi quality at all times. Twice now this has left me stranded with no data and unable to use GooglePay. I have deleted cache data, deleted downloaded songs, tried the beta, set the smart cache to both infinity and 0. Download while on mobile is also disabled. I have rolled back a few versions also but to no avail. It happens on my premium account regardless of phone. I have searched online and see that this is a frequently occuring issue, also mentioned in this community, which is then palmed off as a 'reality of streaming services', which is of course total nonsense. Is there any fix to this issue? It

Why are there songs that repeat themselves in the flow? Why do I need the flow if there is a playlist? What is so special about flow?

No sound

Good day, I'm using a Samsung A72 and for some reason Deezer goes mute for a few seconds, sometimes minutes and then starts playing again. My songs doesn't stop, only the sound does. I've tried with my other music apps and it works fine. Just Deezer seems to have this problem.

Hi, I can't up load music to my versa3. I've replaced software checked internet setting etc but still get the same message as attachment. I've got a fault logged with Fitbit but checking if this is something you could help with. It was fine a couple of weeks ago. Kind Regards

My volume control is linked with my phone (i.e.when I press the volume on the speaker it changes the volume level on my phone) on my psyc speaker but not my Sony speaker. How do I unlink the volume on with my psyc speaker?

Download Issue Android 10

Hi, I have redownloaded the app approx 3 times and keep having the same issue. My playlists won't fully download, and have the green tick suggesting they have (see screenshot below). The playlist below is less than 5% downloaded yet has the green tick. Also I have taken the app off intelligent control so it can always run in the background - makes no difference (my phone has plenty of ram so makes no sense) I am out of ideas, having soft reset my phone as well and cleared Deezer storage and cache multiple times. I am trying to download in HiFi btw. Thanks in advance, Joe

[BUG][Mobil app] Back to the first song of the flow when unlock my phone

Mobil app bug easy to reproduce and very frustrating. 1. Start the flow 2. Lock you phone on the deezer app (song A) 3. *few songs later… 4. Unlock your phone while your are listening song D -> your flow automatically restart from the song A Only work around I found is to never lock my phone on the deezer app... Thanks to fix it.

Deezer mobile app still toggling single repeat without my input

Hi A while ago I reported a bug where I would turn on repeat and it wouldn’t keep it, or it would turn on after being turned off, sometimes a while after it was turned off either by skipping the song or by playing an album from start to finish and then going back to a shuffled playlist. For a while it seemed that the bug was fixed, but it appears that this bug still exists, and may even be a little worse. It has happened multiple times this morning - I would set it to repeat a song, the song would finish, start again, and then repeat 1 would be turned off. Also while listening on the way to work it turned itself on without my input. Running Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, app version 7.0.12.42, the latest version at time of writing.

My Deezer app keeps stopping after playing a few songs. This just started recently. I have used the app for over 2 years without this issue. I have uninstalled and installed again. Problem still persists. Please help me

Deezer Android app crashes randomly when music is not playing

I know this happens when the app is restricted in battery optimization settings, but I picked the option for the system not to close the app for battery saving purposes (on Samsung phones, the option is called “unrestricted”). Still, the app often randomly closes when music is not playing, and that resets the flow, or the last played song. This does not happen when music is playing, but it can happen within moments after stopping the music, as long as I am not in the app itself.

Missing artwork etc... still

An update around 3 months ago near destroyed my app in Android. There's no album art, I can't seem to download music anymore (it starts an endless downloading loop), and searching within my Favourite lists no longer works. I've been in touch with customer service and their suggestions didn't help. Have been waiting on a fix in an update but apparently that's not happening either, with the latest update doing nothing to improve things. My version of Android is 6.0.1 and my phone is 5 years old. Hardly ancient, but is this it now? Do I have to accept it's not going to be fixed?

Someone in another country is using my account

So I have been having an issue a while. I keep getting messages where someone is using my account. There is my husband, myself and daughter in our family account. When I'm listening my music changes to some heavey metal music and mine stops. I have found music not mine in my tracks and albums. This is constant issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it's happening to me and my husband. How do I stop this. I have just attempted to change the password and it say an error has occurred. I don't know how to get rid off the devices on there. Also how do I remove this musica from my personal play list. I oy want the one that says car.

Deezer high data usage

I've been experiencing high data usage on mobile network even though the audio quality is set on basic on both wifi and mobile networks. For a 40min listening session data usage was 400mb. i tried uninstalling the app but the problem was still there. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

Hi, I have made own album where there is songs from one artists. If I edit list so I change places where song is played. Why after that Deezer is playing song in way what was already?so now I have change example song number 3 to number 4 and I can see that it has change,but Deezer will play it like earlier?? i am logged into an account which is not my music

I went to my phone to log in with the music I have in my account and today uv logged me into an account which is not me .I don't if its to do with a new device I got a month ago or uv signed in on a Facebook account which is not me .It just says my playlist is playing on another device .?

[Bug report] Skipping back when unlocking device

Android/Pixel 6 Unlocking screen when the Deezer app was left open causes the player to skip backwards in playlist. Sometimes to the top or back to when the device was last unlocked. Works on any playlist/album and even Flow and the bug is recreatable. Simple work-around I found is to minimize the app before locking device. I've known of this bug for a few months now but I don't know if is a known issue or specific to my device.

User Identification for Android

Hi, I'm a french developer and I starting to work on a new application for mobile. I Did a POC few years ago using the Android sdk. But today it seems that the sdk didn't exist. Si I'm trying to use the api to get the user id, with the URL : https://connect.deezer.com/oauth/auth.php?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID&redirect_uri=YOUR_REDIRECT_URI&perms=basic_access,email Then I use a webview. But it's not easy to use for catch error or redirevtion URL, because it's seems to be a single page app. So my question is, is there an other solution to identify a user on Android ?
