why doesn't the homescreen auto-refresh like other music streaming services?

It's rather annoying to constantly be pulling down on the homescreen to refresh the 'recently played' section, the 'mixes inspired by' section, the daily playlists and so forth. Can't the developers make it where the homescreen auto-refreshes on its own throughout the day like other services?
