I have problems playing all my playlist, it's keep loading . I have trying to download all my music, but notting happening. I have been upgrading my system. What do i do ? Please help 

 

Hello @Stine Håkonsen, can you give us more info on the version of your app? 

Your device and android version. Do you have a subscription? 

Do you receive an error message? What does it say? 

 


Version is 7.0. 24.47

I have a samsung tab a,  version is 8.1.0. 

I have premium plan. I dont get a message, it's just keep loading my music, i can't play anything

Could you please update your android version? 

Also please go on the settings of the app, Data and storage, clear all. 

Please also increase the “Space allocated for Smart Cache”.
