Song not being downloaded

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

I download my songs, and they look like they are downloaded (they have that green icon). Even though they look so, they are not downloaded. They still use my cellular data to play.

I contacted with Deezer support about this and they told me to delete and re-install the app. I did so, but it didn’t work. I need a solution for this problem.

Hello @Tarık Alp Onar, If you don’t want the app to use your data you have to put it in offline mode.

So from the setting page!

I think you got me wrong. I mean, some songs aren't downloaded, and that's why they consume my cellular connection. The problem is them being not downloaded, not my cellular connection.
