Just recently my Android Deezer app is not working. It intermittently won't load content and then at other times it plays half a song and then hallway through starts playing a completely garbled version of another song. I have done all the suggested things: killing app, restarting phone, uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times to no avail
Have you tried increasing the cache on the app itself?
Go to settings - - Data and storage and under smart cache increase the cache.

I have tried this as well and it didn't help either. Struggling to work out what the problem could be, works fine on the PC, nothing else on my Android is playing up.
Try following these steps
- Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar)
- Try another network (4G or Wifi)
- Restart your phone
- Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app
- Un-install the app and re-install the app

i have been having problems since the middle of the week
errors logging in, buffering forever making flow unusable, extremely slow downloads that sometimes don’t even reach completion
i have done all the reccomended steps numerous times.
i even did a factory reset and still no improvement. i’m 3 months into an annual membership and it was really going great so far. just cannot understand it

Can you give us more info about your device? Os system, version of the app?
The problems you are describing look like connection issues, are having them on wifi or mobile data?
Thank you for replying, after a few days it has gone back to normal again, it seems to have been app related, after a recent update. Have resumed enjoying music again on the service
