I use the deezer app on windows 11. When in deezer I click favorite (the heart) or don't recommend, I get a notification from the windows notification centre about it. I know I'm doing that because I'm doing that at the very same moment obviously. I don't want those notifications but I want to keep the notification with artist and tracktitle at the start of a new track. Is there any way I can accomplish that?
Hello! I wanted to point out a strange phenomenon that occurs almost every month on the monthly playlist that Deezer assembles of "supposedly" most played tracks for the previous month. There is always a completely unknown artist (or song) I've never heard of, less likely listened to that month or ever. I guess no algorithmically generated playlist can't be a perfect summary of my taste, since I don't share my account with anyone, it is quite annoying. And IF I have listened to a song once because it came up in FLOW, how can it make on my "Top songs" that month? I hope it's just an annoying bug. This month that "most listened song" is the only one without a heart.

I have a few favorite albums that I've been listening to a lot over the last few months. Now the lists are empty. Is there a limit on listening to tracks/albums? On the account from my partner all the songs are still there.
I’m on deezer to listen to music not to take quizes or test my skills or to do anything with ‘friends’ and further distraction. Hi I like to pay deezer on my ziggo media box. When I go to the link deezer.com/link I expected to be able to fil in the code. But it forceren me to download the app. So I did. But still not able to login to my media box. What to do? Thanks Dirk

I’m a new user and in my free month. At the start I selected monthly payments. However after using the service for a few days, I liked it so much, I wanted to move to an annual payment. I couldn’t see on my account to enable this, so I cancelled the account thinking I would re-join with an annual subscription. However this doesn’t seem to be possible and I am now in my last few days of a free service. I messaged ‘help’ at Deezer and had a reply that did not bear any relation to my query! (I presume it was a dumb AI reply!). I am hoping that at the end of my free month, I will be given an option to renew. But, is there an easier way?
The discography for Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit is no longer there on the app. I know it was before as I still have some albums offline. Why did you remove it?

I'm find album Popularne Popevke Iz Podravine by Veseli Podravci .There is same version of that albums . One is realised 1998, and other 2012 On album from 2012 is sign E which mean Explicit (whole album and all songs are marked with E ). This is album with Croatian traditional folk song and no need to be marked with E . Also on album from 2012 all songs last 3 min .On album from 1998 is no E sign,and there is correct lasting .Why is same albums ,with same songs have different marked !?
How the fuck can u hold people hostage to keep accounts they don't want!!! An hour trying to delete a hacked account and breeched account apparently so it's not safe to even have.... Will u delete my bloody account ill never use deezer and u have people go round in circles finding help to delete accounts that can't be deleted !!

Why I can’t purchase a deezer premium offer? I tried with 2 debit card and it says that the purchase failed. I tried on my phone and my laptop and it says the same thing. We are unable to complete your transaction. And i tried 2 days, and same problem. I check if deezer it’s available in my country, and it is. Why should i do?

On The Flower Kings page, the picture is Transatlantic, not The Flower Kings. Also, The Midnight has at least one song attributed to Midnight Oil.

So this update this happen and I’m incredibly disappointed since I don’t have premium. I’ve been on this app for four years and it’s not allowing to pock a song that I chose to play but instead it gives me a random song that I didn’t ask for. I don’t care about these ads since they’re not a bother compared to Spotify but I don’t wanna pay money just to listen my favourite songs. I wanna listen to free music again even if it means having ads. FIX THIS PROBLEM!
After the queue page fills up with songs, you need to scroll down to see the most recently played songs. Instead, we could have the currently playing song display in the middle of the page. In addition, it would be nice to be able to see not only what has been played so far but also what will come next. It does not make sense to not show what the next songs will be. This is one feature that Apple Music does better, and it shouldn’t be too hard to implement.
