can’t find a button to switch to hifi subscription

basic standart and high quality bot not hifi which includes flac files

I would contact deezer support and have them look at your account. Most everyone here is a subscriber like you and can’t see your account.

Hi @LukiGTR 

HiFi audio quality is included in most Premium subscriptions now, it is simply called Deezer Premium (there might still be some regions with exceptions, I can’t answer that definitively).

Have you tried going into your settings to see what audio quality is available?
