I don't understand how after all these years this app is still a pitiful nonfunctional piece of trash. This support forum is as useless as the app because they can't offer any actual SUPPORT other than "ReInStaLl ThE ApP!" Clowns don't know anything about troubleshooting their own app. I'm forced to reinstall the app and my music and now coming back the downloads are completely broken and wont even start for me. Seriously? I'm not even going to bother asking for help because if one of these speds tells me to reinstall this piece of trash app again I'm going to have an aneurysm.

 

HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A NON BUGGY STREAMING APP? I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THESE BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATIONS CAN'T MAKE A PRODUCT THAT SIMPLY **** WORKS. 

 

I switched to Deezer from Spotify because that piece of trash app is broken too but it looks like I just switched one piece of *** for another

 

Inb4 "have you tried reinstalling the app"


Hi @Ari Bedat,  indeed, this issue was flagged by a few users.

I have just tried here one workaround and worked for me.

I select my favourites, plus 3 playlist to download, waited that all was download. The app was still telling that download was not finish, so I just killed the app (background included) and after restarting the app all was perfect.
