Hi Deezer Community,

 

Last night I wanted to convert my premium individual account to Duo. To my surprise I had to pay the full amount instead of the additional costs.  Because of this I canceled the payment.

 

What I find very strange is that the failed payment was listed as successful. How does the upgrade work?  Do I have to pay double?  because I have no intention of doing that.

most of us here in the community are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and therefore do not have access to your account details, including billing.
