Why wait to upgrade to yearly premium

So, in app on android,I go to setting, account management, manage subscription.

If I want to get premium annual it says the change will take effect 10/04/2024.

So I have to wait almost 6 months for for this change? The previous page states that my next payment is due on 4/10/24

Those are exactly how he dates are written

Hi @carm001,

I think this is because of the English way the date is written.

It can be April 10th or it can be October 4th.

Please check when your monthly subscription started, then you will know which is the right one.

Example:

25/03/2024 European

03/25/2024 British/USA

I understand that there are differences, but is this accurate? Do you speak officially for deezer on this matter ?

I don't officially speak on behalf of Deezer. Just like you I'm a Deezer user.

But if you would check when your monthly subscription started, then you know which is the right one.

And if you want to speak to someone from Deezer, I would suggest to send in a request:

but I am also not an official deezer rep, so do what you must to be comfortable.
