You haven’t provided much information. If your frustration is with a deezer > Sonos setup, deezer isn’t the problem, and you’re not going to find satisfaction with [anyone else] > Sonos.

I’d suggest riding out the Sonos rough patch, I’m guessing we are no more than an update (or two) away from things smoothing out.

Nobody can help you if you can’t describe the issue.

Hi @Gethin, like our Super User @GropplerZorn and @archaic_email said, before you decide to stop using Deezer, could you share more about what problems you're having with the Sonos update?

This will help us give you better advice or find solutions that might work for you.

Thanks!

Before the Sonos major May update I had about 20 playlists on Sonos. One of these playlists  had 100s of songs that I had collated over many many years through the  Deezer app.
Following the update I now have only six Deezer playlists. I have no idea why these remain but the others including my largest  have disapeared-I am not a technophobe!
On line I see that other Deezer, Apple and Spotify playlists of other customers have had the same issue and Sonos has not resolved.

Unfortunately where Sonos was once easy to use, now it is difficult and not user friendly. In reality creating or adding a song onto a playlist now is a mystery and the enjoyment lost.

Thank you for your interest in my plight and replying so promptly. My grouse and continues with Sonos who disregards its loyal customers and still has not undone the Significant May update- some years it had alienated us the customers and made some equipment inoperative following an update and offered Small discount to buy newer equipment-it did eventually relent and allow usage on a separate app for the older equipment!

I was disappointed to have read that Deezer and Sonos had a working agreement and your company had equally been let down in the effect on, for example, your playlists and its interaction on the site.

Any assistance or influence your company can bring on Sonos to resolve would be much appreciated.

@Gethin

Hello… releasing the new Sonos App at that status was a big mistake without any doubt. So there are many bugs Sonos has to fix and one of them is Sonos playlist functionality.
So in your case the most important question is: Are you talking about Deezer playlists that you use via Deezer service from within Sonos app or are you talking about Sonos playlists you created with Deezer content?
For me access to all my Deezer playlists via Deezer service from within Sonos App works fine. So if you are running into problems with Sonos playlists that will be the same with content from any other service.
I recommend waiting for the next Sonos updates. If you have all your playlists also stored directly on the Deezer server you can easily add them again to a new Sonos playlist.

why should  the customer have to wait. Do I still have to pay for an inferior service.  happy that the service has disintegrated. I now find unable to receive podcasts either. Will I still be alive when Sonos decides to update-no promise to update.
