access account / lost old plan

Hi guys!, basically I lost my old plan I've used for like 10 years, because my payment declined, according to support can't get it back which is a shame I want to support this project however I don't see major changes on app or features to justify the increase (doubled price), I'd like to try new options, and I want to export all my playlists and favorites, but since I live in a country where free version is not available, cannot access my account at all unless I pay, which I don't want to, just to access my information, is there a way to accomplish this?

You can request all your data stored on Deezer to Customer Support team through this link

Note :

Request can take up to 30 days normally to be sent via a secure link. So when requesting this use an email that you have registered in  Deezer account and make sure you have access to your email box.
