I want to change mine premium account to family account. When I want to pay, than it is not possible, it's not possible to complete your transaction. It is also on the phone, and laptop. Anyone who can help me?

If this doesn’t work, try to cancel your Premium account first. Then when your Premium account has ended, start a Family account.

-How are you trying to pay? Creditcard, iDeal or something else?

Thank you so much. First link we've tried. We tried to pay with Ideal first en second with PayPal. By both we've got the sane message. When we cancel our premium account first, will we lose all our music witch we've spend in the past 10 years?
No, you won’t lose all your music when you cancel your Premium account.
If for example your Premium account ends 31-07-2024, the next day it’s Deezer Free, but in The Netherlands we don’t have Deezer Free anymore.
So you have to take Family and then you can access your music again.
