Hello, I hate it when FLOW mixes beautiful new unknown songs with my own playlist songs. That's why I hear my playlist songs way too much.I want Deezer to give me a choice to disable that mix function so that I only hear songs that I don't have in my playlist yet. I also want the option to switch off that damn algorithm, because at some point I only get to hear songs that suit my taste. I do not want that. Then you become brain dead.I want to be surprised by new music that I don't know. Just like you used to walk into the record store to discover new music. I don't like to stay in the same circle. And with that algorithm, Deezer ensures that I stay in it.If I want to listen to my playlist songs, I should be able to choose when I want to do that. But now Deezer is making that choice for me. Stop that!Deezer, help us discover more music through more ''discovery'' features without that @#%$#@^# algorithm.Thank you.

I login with my account and i cant use my subscription I thought it’s expired and when I tried to but it again it says you already subscribe!!! But i still can use the app !!
Api auth required deezer hasn't worked for a month but still charged??
When I created my account it said that I can get a month free of premium so I added my card like it asked and instead of giving me a month free before charging me it just charged me the price. What do I do now?
I know Deezer automatically checks for an update when I start the app, but sometimes I would like to double-check. If the option has to be hidden in the menu bar (I am using Mac), I am okay with that. I would also appreciate a prompt telling me if I am on the latest version of Deezer.

For years (since I renewed my subscription while on holiday in Canada) Deezer takes payment in CAD rather than GBP even though the country is set to UK.... Any ideas on how I can get this fixed?
This is for the Deezer Team primarily. Hope it's postet at a suitable place. I don't have Google Play Services on my phone. So for me there is no official way to download the Deezer app. I'm fully aware of alternatives like Aurora, APKMirror and the like. However I try to avoid them. I'd like to suggest that you offer a direct download option of the app on your website. I know this is easier said than done because some follow up questions arise (been thinking of app updates for instance). Anyways, I wanted to have this posted somewhere at least. Feel free to add your thoughts on this.

There are no iOS shortcuts for the Deezer app. The shortcuts should allow you to add a certain song to a certain playlist, skip songs, love songs, etc.

Hi,I notice that is Album 62. Festival Zabavne Glazbe Split 2022 disappeared from Deezer .I was have songs from that album on my playlist ,but now I see blurred image of that album which is gone.Also ,songs from there can't find anywhere .Why is disappeared ???

When I search a song, I get a list of songs. In that list there is the song in the original album somewhere. But it's between the results of that song in best of albums, all kinds of collection albums and karaoke albums... I would love to see the first result being the song in the original album it was brought out by the original artist. That also simplifies the liking of the song. Sometimes you like a song twice because it's on another album.
I try to buy a yearly plan on Android but it says “Subscription temporarily not available”, I was really enjoying Deezer, and I have credit on Play Store so I wanted to buy it annually. It happened to me for like two months already, and I will not buy one month again, is very expensive.

Hello, I’ve just signed for Deezer and I used PayPal for my payment method , with my previous music subscription I used Apple pay which is linked to my O2 mobile account, is that something Deezer does as it make payment easier for me. If not is something that could be done in the future? Thanks.
5 years ago people already asked for a higher limit of songs in playlist, but it stil isn't increased yet. My question is why? And I know al lot of people won't use Deezer because of this.
I noticed that under my playlists and those of friends I follow there is a category called top titles: how is it chosen?Based on the songs we listen to most oftenIn my case, it does not seem to match (some songs I rarely listen to appear)
