Hi , yes , I wrote to the support service , there are standard answers . Clean the cache, reinstall the application, in general, the standard answers, which naturally do not solve the situation. They wrote to me in private messages (I don 't know who ) , apparently someone from the support and I shared my email with him to log in to the application , they promise to see what 's wrong , but there has not been an answer yet . If the situation is not resolved, you will have to abandon Deezer.

It was Jaime who asked me for the email address from the account.

I had a few Flow issues as well some time ago.

What I did:

I turned Flow to the setting Play more favourites. And then liked as much as posible when liking a song Flow played. Did this a week and after this it improved (setting on Discovery).

Coincidence? I don’t know.

I turn on FLOW to prioritize favorites (what's in favorites) , but it doesn't include what's in favorites anyway. Not one track at all , not one artist . How can I explain it to you , it 's just a mix of everything that is possible , some Mexican songs , some rock , pop , 80 years and a lot of everything , I'm just tired of skipping already . And this damn FLOW has never included anything from my favorites.

I wish I could help you with this issue. I just can’t understand why your Flow is that bad.

My Flow is far from perfect, but when selecting Favourites it’s good.

And today I found out that notifications from my favorite artists to whom I am subscribed do not work))) It 's just empty , it 's Friday and the releases are coming out . What the hell is Deezer LOL, what are you paying money for? If nothing works, ahahah. I don't want to deal with such a service, it's the most lame music service I've tried.

@Sound Error our devs have looked into your account and working on a fix for your FLOW. You should see changes next week from Monday.
About the notifications, I am not sure but might be related to the registration date of the account (21-09).
