About my Deezer

I can drag it to a playlist but it automatically goes to the bottom. With a playlist as long as insane as mine, I want the capability to drag and drop wherever...especially as the first song. Is this possible? The UX is really lacking from Spotify and I worry why I made this switch.

How do i set to continue to play similar music once my playlist has run out? I find currently, that when my playlist is completed, ends, that the music stops.I also get to a point when I have started ‘Launch Track Mix’ that it will stop at some point. I never want that behavior, I would always want, no matter how I started, for Deezer to continue similar music, is this possible?

Hello, I have an Android phone, macbooks and Amazon Echo show 5 and echo dot. When im writing my reports or reading about science i love to listen to music. I realized when i used deezer on my alexa devices i cannot send music to it from my phone or from my macbook. Its a pitty because other providers have made this simple to use. There are so many good playlist on deezer what i want to listen and find new ideas and waves in music. Can you make it available to access my devices in a menu to “steam" the music and have control from my phone or computer on it? Best regards, Nándor

They were just adding songs, but as the songs were changed for Eurovision, the playlist was never updated. Is there any way to sort differently? I have close to 300 playlists and there is no way to sort other than by last updated. This has functionally made having any more than 5 to 10 playlists useless. This isn't the first time this feature removal has been pushed, but it was previously rolled back. Why have you done this again? Is there any way to circumvent this? Any setting i can change? The last thread on this topic over 15 days ago has had no answer from deezer support. Please, I have used and loved deezer for close to (more than?) a decade and had no intention of changing service, but i am going to be forced to if there is no solution. I have endured the long loading times, the offline playing bugs, the "error loading content" issues, and all the other problems with the app, and yet have so far remained a staunch supporter of deezer for all its qualities as a streaming service outweigh these issues, but this feature removal (not even a bug!) will be the end of

Whats the point of a music appa that takes forever to load music? They should rebrand the app to a killing time app "You have 20 minutes to kill, just hit the play button and when you hear the music you'll know 20 minutes just passed by. After that just delete caché and start over.

As the title says, I'm wondering if there's a way to remove censored songs, or at least a way to filter them. I hate censorship, and experiencing it really ruins listening to a majority of my songs, especially the ones I regularly listen to. I haven't been able to listen to them and experience them because of the censorship on the lyrics.

I noticed some songs I listen to aren't in deezer. Im wondering if that's because only that app is allowed to have that song, if deezer is censoring songs out of the search bar, or if deezer is still adding music to its music base. Is there a way I could add the song myself? Why are some songs not in deezer?

Is there to exclude a playlist from your taste profile so it doesn’t show up in your monthly My Deezer Month playlist? I listen to instrumental music during work hours but I don’t want it influencing my algorithm.

I have tried the "launch track" feature, but only one song is in the playlist. Some of the other songs either behave the same way or have only two or three tracks in the playlist, which seems like a bug to me.

Merci d'ailleurs pour le récap d'octobre qui permettait de prendre conscience de la part d'artistes féminines écoutées. Seulement malgré mes écoutes, j'ai l'impression d'avoir principalement des artistes masculins proposés dans mon flow. Certains de ces artistes sont mêmes parfois accusés de violences sexistes et sexuelles. Le sujet de ma demande n'est pas de vous demander de les boycotter, j'imagine que vous ne prendrez pas parti dans ce sens et votre nouvelle option permettant d’exclure de nos écoutes certains artistes ou musiques me permet déjà de le faire moi-même. Is anyone else having trouble uploading there own mp3's on the desktop version of Deezer. I was able to do it last night and now it uploads but its in fate font and has the date next to it and says "this track is not available yet". Is this because there are in the Beta stage of getting this corrected? I would recommend them to have a way to upload albums too. Let me know if there is a fix to this (updated my flash player with little luck). Thanks

I've had Deezer Premium for over a year now and for the past 2 weeks, I've been getting adds every time I start listening to a podcast. What's the point of paying for a Premium subscription when I can't get rid of the adds 100%?

Hi there! I have recently moved from Spotify, and it is great, but one issue I have is when I am in the lock screen, the option to fast forward/rewind 30 seconds is not there. Only the option to completely skip to the next episode. I haven’t been able to find any options in the settings. I have an android by the way.

I’ve come across a few artist pages where there seems to be a mix of albums from two different artists. About a week ago, almost 400 episodes of the newest episodes of the Modern Wisdom podcast suddenly disappeared. It should be in episode #1008 at the time I write this I think. I'd been trying to catch up around episode #975, but suddenly the only episodes available are #1 - #631!! And the cover also changed to the one used for those episodes. Thought it would be fixed after a couple of days but it hasn't yet

Hi Deezer! Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience so far. One frustration I've experienced involves using the Favorites tab shuffle. Once selected, I cannot add songs, (e.g., Listen Next), to the queue. I also cannot re-order songs in the queue or even delete songs in the queue. This feels like it should be a basic or standard user set of features. Is there a specific reason this functionality has been removed? Is this something that can be addressed or added in the future? I’m listening to music on my account on my phone. My daughter is listening to music on my laptop and has switched over to *her* account. But despite us playing music on separate accounts, it is routinely stopping and giving me this message: “Why has the music stopped? Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page. Your account is strictly personal and cannot be used in multiple locations at the same time. Click below to resume play and pause all other devices.” But I have a family account and both of these accounts are attached. Why am I getting this error?
