I have Deezer on PC and my Samsung phone. I have noticed that when I add songs to my favorite tracks and then reorganize them in a different order on my PC, they only play in the new order correctly on my PC, but not my Phone. My phone shows the correct order that it should be playing in, when I sort by default. But when I select a song, most of the reorganized songs play correctly but some of the songs don’t show up in the queue and it skips them completely. I had a LG phone before this and it had the same issue. I have included and example of what the new order should be playing as and then what the queue shows on my phone when playing my favorite tracks. This happens to mp3’s, album’s, and regular songs. I do not have shuffle on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also the add to queue buttons doesn’t work for me when I play songs normally or in shuffle in the favorite tracks however the play next button does work.
I recently lost my subscription due to a bank account closure and not paid. I logged in under an old account with a different email address and paid for it again. So now I have two accounts paying for both. How do I contact the accounts team or helpline?

Hi,I’ve used Deezer for about 10 years now. I sort all my music into playlists, and on the daily I simply click on “Shuffle” to play a random mix of my music, meaning I can go through my day without having to keep an eye on the app which is perfect for me.Lately this feature has been getting worse. Where I would get pretty much an infinite playlist of my music, the shuffle mix adding more songs at the end of the queue it would create, well it’s not the case anymore. It only creates a small queue, and once it reaches the end, it goes back to the first song or even just stops.Also, maybe even more annoying, when I click “Shuffle my music”, it creates a queue of NOT my music. 20 to 60 max songs queue of only artists I DON’T LISTEN TO, nor like. I don’t know where these songs are coming from. I could understand one or two songs being out of place but it’s the WHOLE QUEUE.I don’t know what’s up with Deezer at the moment but this is really annoying. It is beyond mind-boggling that Deezer has changed the way the sort feature works when you create a playlist and on your active playlists. You can no longer sort A to Z. I have over 200 playlists with thousands of songs. How the hell am I supposed to find anything , many people like me want to look at a playlist alphabetically and then tap on the songs we want to hear as we're exercising etc . You have to use the ridiculous default of listing by album in a world where nobody cares about albums anymore... Only someone who is a very basic music fan and doesn't create playlists of any depth would ever make a change like this. This is a music service for music fans. How can you think this kind of thing is okay?!! Change this back Deezer and I'll work as a consultant for free, because I actually use your app....a lot. My lord!
Hello !I found album with wrong release date .From Wikipedia :Dance, Dance, Dance: The Best of Chic is a greatest hits album of recordings by American R&B band Chic, released by Atlantic Records/Warner Music Nov 5, 1991 . The compilation covers the hits and best-known album tracks from the band's early career, 1977–1979 . On Deezer this album have date 01.01.1970.
When I open on Deezer desktop web an artist's discography, the albums are sorted by Most played.I want the albums to be sorted by Release date, so I changed that.If I click on one of the albums to open the songs and then go back to all albums in the discography, the album sorting goes back to Most played.I don't know why the Release date sorting option that I set doesn't remain ? Has anyone else noticed this ?
Hi all, new user to Deezer here, with a Family subscription, with two adult profiles and two kid profiles.At first, there were many children’s songs not showing up in the Kids Profile search. At first, I thought that they were not in the Deezer catalogue. But using my adult profile, they appear in a search, so they are in the catalogue. Odd. So I found that in order to add this content to the Kids Profile, I have to switch OFF the Kids Profile option, add the content and then switch the Kids Profile back ON again. Then the content is visible and can be played. However, it is all marked as EXPLICIT (somewhat amusing) — but only on the App (iPhone/iPad). See screenshot. Why does deezer have multiple feature differences per platform ? whats the logic behind it ?
Besteik heb een suggestie voor de wachtrij. Elke keer als ik mijn playlisten wil openen, komt er in mijn wachtrij allemaal muziek in te staan die ik zelf niet heb aangevraagd. Als ik dan van mijn andere playlisten muziek wil luisteren en in de wachtrij wil zetten. Komen die helemaal onderaan te staan. Waarop ik dan uren op kan wachten tot ik dat nummer kan luisteren. Ook blijven de nummers die erin staan, staan. Waardoor je ze handmatig allemaal moet verwijderen (wat best veel werk is als 1 playlist 200 nummers heeft en deze allemaal ongevraagd in de wachtrij staan). Als ze in de wachtrij staan zouden deze ook automatisch verwijderd moeten worden, zodat jij als luisteraar onbezorgd kunt blijven genieten van jou zelf gekozen muziek die je zelf in de wachtlijst kunt zetten. Dus maak de wachtrij alleen voor de muziek die jezelf erin zet laat deze nummers ook automatisch weer verwijderen kijk af naar Spotify die doen dat al wel (en is mega gemakkelijk) met vriendelijke groeten Jana
Hi. So I have Deezer taking over 26gb of iPhone storage. All my “favourite” music I have allowed to download on the setting provided…thinking that I can listen to this when I don’t have internet or service. Numerous occasions I have been caught with no service (on plane, gym underground etc）How am I able to listen to downloaded music when I need internet to load all 3000 songs first. Am I doing something wrong or?
I have seen similar topics many years ago, but the problem is still here. A lot of my music does not appear “liked” as expected. Mostly on Android but I use Deezer on Android mostly so I'm not sure if it’s only on Android or not. And when I click on that heart it says the track is already in my favorites but still appears as unliked. Guessing that’s an old server-side caching issue that is ignored. Also, many tracks can’t load and throw an error or load too long, causing extra gaps between tracks. I think that could be the same issue. By the way, I’m in Ukraine so maybe it makes some difference. Yes, I did reinstall an application and tried Release and Beta with the same result. And no, all my Internet connections are pretty stable and fast so I don’t think that may be a cause. Since I have a free subscription for Ukrainians, I would like to help with debugging this issue. Maybe there is some debug version of the Deezer Application or someone can compile it with options to debug those
Why is the search function not available on downloaded music anymore when offline on IPhone app?

It is absolutely important that all parts of a classical music work were played in a succession, unlike in these two, where you won’t find a single concert or sonata listed in order. Lyrics button from all the songs disappeared and lyrics button was so helpful for me to sing and understand the song but now it's looking even boring too so please helpppp
All the music I painstakingly imported now have lost their covers. So this recent update has not only removed our capacity to sort music, but also limited imported music? Is there anything else that's been changed? I'm so disappointed.

To reiterate: “Gapless playback” is when certain tracks within an album have no pause between them when one track ends and the next one starts. Some music genres like prog and electronic stuff rely heavily on this feature and mix their albums as one continuous track, and it is instrumental (no pun intended) for proper listening experience. For examples try Pink Floyds Dark Side of the Moon or Colors by Between the Buried and Me. This is not the same thing as crossfade as some people on forums suggest as an alternative. The lack of this basic feature means that the app is unusable for people who lean heavily into genres utilizing this technique, they cannot listen to their favorite albums on your platform as the lack of gapless breaks the experience. And since desktop app might be the go-to way to experience Deezer on a stationary device, your business loses a swathe of customers.
