As far as I know, Deezer has not announced any release date for Fire TV. In fact, Deezer discontinued support for the Fire TV app some time ago, and there has been no official news about its return. I'd recommend keeping an eye on Deezer's announcements or the community forum for any future updates. Or some else can give an answer?
