Now Playing Indication Improvement

While listening to music, the track that's currently playing shows a small white animation on the album art thumbnail in the Now Playing list. This indicator is very hard to see, especially on light colored artwork. Please highlight the entire row in the list or improve the contrast of the animation so it stands out better.
