delete my account

Hi @Premium Cookie !

To fix an error and delete your Deezer account, first cancel any active paid subscriptions or free trials, as active plans block deletion.

1. Cancel Subscriptions: Go to your account settings or your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to cancel any ongoing plan and revert to Deezer Free.
2. Open Account Settings: Log in via the Deezer Web Browser or use the mobile app (iOS/Android), tap your profile icon, and select Settings.
3. Request Deletion: Tap Account, select Delete my account, and enter the required verification code or password (if using a Facebook or Google login, use your specific Deezer creation password or reset it first).

If the error persists, reach out directly to the Deezer Support Team or Chat Support
