Listen to Playlists offline

Question

Hi all,I really enjoy using the playlists in the app on my iPhone. I have different playlists, especially for working out. But the thing is, when I’m out jogging, for example, I don’t have a signal or mobile data, so I can’t open or listen to the playlists because it seems like that only works online. That’s a real shame, and I think there are a lot of users who have exactly the same problem.It’s great that favorite songs can be listened to offline, but you can’t sort them by genre or however you like (i.e., playlists). So, could you make playlists available offline as well? The songs in the playlists have already been downloaded as favorites, so that’s not the issue.That would be great!ThanksBernhard

Hi ​@GropplerZorn,Thanks for the info!I now know what the problem was. I had tracks in my custom playlists that weren’t in my favorites, so those hadn’t been downloaded. That’s why I couldn’t listen to the entire playlist offline—because of those individual songs. I’ve downloaded them now, and it works.It would be nice to have a notification here indicating that the playlist isn’t complete due to missing songs or something similar. But the app shouldn’t immediately mark the entire playlist as “unavailable because it’s offline.” Maybe Deezer could improve this, since it’s confusing.Greeting from Munich
