Hi I 5 weeks ago change country from Ireland to Poland where deezer is cheaper. I've contacted with service and they sugested me stopped subscription and restart with new details. I changed country locator today log in to deezer, chose deezer hi-fi price was 20pln accepted payment but system charged me for 11 euro.
I play two songs on a playlists and it automatically launches track mix. I've looked at settings, there is no option to stop this. What do I do to stop this? I want to listen to one artist at a time, and this is driving me insane. I'm using an android if that matters.
My music on my app are playing when I select them what's going on? I'm a paying subscriber none of my music in my playlist doesn't want to play

Deezer family paid March but all our music and playlists gone and when logged in it says we're on free Deezer ? Why ?
I recently got a promo offer for $3 for 3 months. It disappeared when i tried to process, usually i get this offer once a year.
Okay, first off, I switched from Spotify to Deezer yesterday and I'm certainly feeling happier; especially with how much easier it is to upload my own MP3 files. However, I always listen to music while I'm playing games on my Xbox, and the Xbox Deezer app is seriously playing up. The app crashes at complete random, songs will skip themselves with absolutely no rhyme or reason; sometimes ten seconds into the song, sometimes two minutes. But, this isn't the main issue, though it's really annoying. The main issue I'm wanting to comment on is that I've noticed, while listening to songs, at random I'll end up trapped with only a handful of the last songs to have played, shuffling through them at complete random. I don't know if anything causes this, but I do know that skipping excessively appears to exacerbate the issue; or maybe just makes it more obvious. Let's say, for example, I don't feel like listening to a song named 'E'. I skip it, get to song 'F', which I also feel like skipping. H
I left Deezer a couple of years ago because it couldn't remember where I stopped listening the day before, like the other music apps. Because of well documented reasons I left Spotify and came back to Deezer hoping the problem was solved. Unfortunately this isn't the case. EVERY single morning when I go to work and EVERY afternoon when I go home it starts all over again! I downloaded 1100 songs. Why won't you let me listen to them? I paid for a year. Is it possible to get my money back? If not, please fix! (I know I'm not the only one with this problem so don't start about more details and Dev's)

Hi I really dont understand the queing system, I search for an arist I play the first track then I want to queue the a few other songs from them but I dont get the option? I dont get play next or add to queue. I am not using flow or any of those auto features, and this is on Windows. I dont understand why its so complicated. I think id rather have joe rogan get rich than have to deal with this shit, I never ever went to spotify forum it just works intuitively.

I got a mail from “Deezer Security Team <securityteam@deezer.com>” with the title “Your privacy may be compromised” and this mail includes a link to download the real Deezer app, the link is “listen.deezer.com/ls/click?...” I would never click a link in a mail so why are you trying? As I’m using the Deezer beta app from Google Play Store, it seems that Deezer measures it’s own app as unsecure.
Is there a reason why isn’t the default volume level on maximum? When I open Deezer (on Browser or App), the default volume level is set to 50%. I have to bring it to the maximum each time I open Deezer. I find this very stupid and counter-intuitive.

I have a quite a big problem on the Samsung TV app. When I choose one of the artists from my favourites I only see a very partial list of their discography… that doesn’t happen on the iphone app. Is it something known? Will it be fixed? Thanks

Paid on 11.3.22, shown on my account yet I'm still getting ads and being told to upgrade. Not a happy bunny because it's such a faff to get anything resolved with Deezer. May have to move to Spotify....and it's cheaper!
Paid regular subscription for many years, now I have returned to studying and enquired about student subscription, was told I'd need to cancel existing subscription and then choose student version. Cancelled it and now very disappointed to see I do not meet student criteria to qualify for the student subscription. Reason? It appears that I am TOO OLD! May transfer to Amazon music 😡
Is anyone else being charged this service fee in the U.S.? My bank is charging a 3% fee because they are saying deezer processes the payments in France.

Good day. I am from Ukraine, where the war is now. I read in social media, that Deezer allows free premium for Ukrainians. How can I activate it?
My Flow algorith does this: 5 country songs 5 jazz songs 5 fado songs 5 folk songs Why not just let it play in the genre the user likes? This is indicated by not skipping forward. One skip forward does not indicate a change of genre (or two). Three can be the trigger. A skip backward indicates user dislikes those three songs but doesn’t want a change.
Is there any way to determine whether an album or a track is unavailable in your country from the API? I’d like to get a list of all the disabled music I have in my playlists, but can find a way to do it. I may be missing something in the API, the docs aren’t the greatest. :)
