I have been in the family subscription for 2 years or longer now. My bank accou t was debited on 16 March 2022 with the family subscription. Now Deezer says that I am on "free" subscription as my deezer has expired. What can be the issue?
I subscribe to the premium service through my mobile provider. I have opened my app and it has changed from a premium account to a free account. I cant understand how this as happened as i am still paying my subscription to three. Has anybody have any ideas thanks
I have had a family Plan for a few years now and paid monthly for it I just paid to renew new for another month..... Today ads started playing... It told me I had to sign up for premium for the ads to stop so I did I paid almost a $100 for a year..... Then it canceled my family... And to renew my family it cost me another $18 I had to resign up..... So I would like to have my $100 back that I paid for the premium if I can't even have my family on it and if ads continue to work I will cancel Deezer

Hello, I have had a running family subscription at Deezer and Deezer got paid via paypal on a monthly basis. They just deducted it from my PayPal account. As far as I am concerned it was working fine and all were happy. Suddenly, this Month in March, I was downgraded to Deezer “Free” and was informed my subscription had ended. Now I received the offer to re-subscribe, but at a higher price. 16,99€ versus 14,99€ before. I read about the price increase, but that it would only be for new customers. I feel like being cheated on, as I was a loyal customer and always paid my bill. I feel inclined to switch service. I never got a note that my service would expire. Does anybody else experience the same?
Hi. I had a payment for family subscription go out on 25.03.2022. My account is only showing as free status. Could you please tell me whats going on. I have followed the instructions, but nothing happening . Thanks Matt
My deezer doesn't display forward and reverse arrows
Good afternoon, I want to clarify one point, I used a hi-fi subscription, but at one point it was replaced with a dizer premium and I no longer had the opportunity to switch to hi-fi again. Please tell me how to solve this

Deezer Family switched to Deezer Premium without any help from my side. I paid for Deezer Family subscription but I got Deezer Premium and have no clue why it’s happened.

I’m new to Deezer, coming from Spotify. I transferred my playlists over but it only copied about 3k of my 7k liked song playlist over. It said it only missed a couple of hundred tracks, but less than half transferred over and I’ve found many of the songs I’ve like on Spotify. What did I do wrong? I’m trying to like Deezer, but there’s a ton of quirky things about it that are driving me crazy!
The desktop clients have “Go Back” and “Go Forward” functions in the View menu. Why not assign the standard browser back/forward keyboard shortcuts to these functions Windows: Alt + left, Alt + right macOS: Cmd + left, Cmd + right Especially while the back/forward buttons remain broken, this would be a great help, but also just a good standard feature.
I like flow function when it really plays songs based on my past listening and on my favs, but more than obvious it is more and more common to play promoted, sponsored,... songs. The same songs that local radios are playing what is the main reason that I have decided for Deezer in a first place instead of listening same crap music HITS everyday. In many places/occasions I am also not able to find 'dont like' button anymore to prevent such songs to be ever played again. i.e.: when playing my personal soundtrack in win10 desktop app. I am paying a subcription and I dont expect to have a sponsored songs at all or at least give an option to opt out. Thanks.
