Billing Date Concern

Good day!

I would like to be billed every 10th of the month for my subscription; should I resubscribe at the 10th or is there an option to change the billing date (like in Netflix) after subscribing?

 

Right now my Premium trial will end on October 1st. But I would like to get Family Premium. And so I cancelled the Premium renewal in favor of Family Premium. However, there is no option or I cannot find an option to get Family Premium at the moment. All it says is that I will be moved to Deezer Free, which is not available in my country, after the trial. I have already checked in app and at the website. Nothing.
