I gave my younger brother my deezer account so he can use it, is there a possibility that he and I can use deezer at the same time without pausing each other's music, he is 16 years old and does nothing except school and has no income to pay for deezer  premium service

The Premium subscription is only to be used from one device at the time. 

Maybe one of you can use it offline while the other is listening? 

Otherwise you have to subscribe to Deezer Family.
