For some reason i can no longer see any of my Downloaded Playlists. I can still play them, but can't see what i Downloaded.
I'm trying to connect my mobile deezer, but the server answer that it's not possible to connect cause network problems. First time this problem. Perhaps the passage to new automatic setting subscription to € 10.99 from €9.99? Thank you
I've tried to do almost everything possible, but Flow, Monday Discoveries en Sunday Chill aren't playlists that I would listen to. Flow plays my favorites again and again, sometimes a "new" song. And the moods are terrible. The moods offer songs that I would never listen to. Sunday Chill plays is a mix of songs that I would like and songs that I would never listen to. Same goes for the Monday Discoveries. Of all the songs, I would never listen to them. And I mean never. I've got 145 favorite songs, 102 favorite artists and 133 albums. What am I doing wrong? The 100% and the Daily are perfect. Nothing wrong with those playlists. Now one month later The Chill Playlist and The Monday Discoveries are still very off. I listen to metal and hard rock (Nightwish for example} and what do I get? Bonny Raith, Dire Straits and Aretha Franklin. I still don't get it. I really love Deezer, but finding new music is difficult.
Hi So for a few days my playlist wo t play. It days something to do with my subscription. My subscription is upto date and paid on the 24th of each month. I have a family membership and we are all the same. We have redownloaded the app and tried all sorts. Hoping to sort this as indont wanna go to Spotify or amazon.

When you are checking the list of songs on a album have the option to see minutes of every song.

I followed a bunch of Balkan artists, and am now constantly getting Balkan songs recommended to me through Flow. ALL of these artists have at most 1-2 songs each that I like out of X (ex: 125) amount of songs they have uploaded. I am constantly finding myself clicking on the button to not recommend a specific song. I spend more time banning songs, than I do listening to songs. In hindsight, I do regret following a bunch of Balkan artists. I am no longer getting any US songs on Flow.

I have deezer premium again for around a week. I am the only one using this. Somehow when I want to download songs and Playlists it tells me to get the family plan now. I am a paying customer and under my name it still says free....... This is frustrating because I make long drives and still can't use my account

When you are on your album list have the option to make shuffle play for ex have a slider to go from 2 to 10. Like deezer from this list pick 8 random albums for me and shuffle.
I now have to pay 3 euros more a month (family plan) and there is no difference in sound if any between 320 kb/s and High Fidelity.I am using a computer with a DAC and a Philips Fidelio headphone.I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription.Why pay 3 euros more with no difference at all?
Add profiles of dj compilers to upload mixes. If possible add a mini djing module on the app...that wd be awesome.

I recently moved to the united kingdom from American and bought Deezer premium, my card was charged but my account still reads Deezer free and will not let me access my downloads. I have verified I have payed for it and i am using the correct account, I've logged out and back in and it's still not working. Can I get my premium or atleast a refund?

Hi I would like to make a request to delete my free dezzer account because I'm no longer using this anymore and decided to go with a different music application for better use.
Hi. I have a Deezer family account. My son is on my account and has selected to download songs to listen to while offline (not on Wi-Fi and he doesn't have data on his phone). Whenever he trys to use the Deezer app offline, he gets "A network error occurred while checking the subscription. The application will close." Why is this happening? It sort of defeats the purpose of listening to his downloaded songs while offline if he can't use the Deezer app. Could you tell me why this is happening? Thank you in advance.
I subscribed to the legacy Family plan (which allows 5 profiles) some time ago. I want to migrate to the new Family plan (which allows multiple accounts) with Hi-def. I have 2 questions about this. 1. How to migrate? On the Android app, if I go to "Change Plan" it's only showing me "Deezer Premium". I'm assuming it's because I'm kinda already using the family plan albeit the old one. How do I change my subscription to the new Family plan? 2. What happens to the profiles? There are several profiles already there in my legacy Family plan account. If I migrate to the new plan, what happens to them? Can they be migrated over to individual accounts?
