I started playing a playlist that I created, but then after some seconds or songs, the playlist changes to another one, randomly. I have the Premium Deezer, so I don’t know what’s happening.
I've tried to resubscribe to deezer premium but it won't let me I've tried online and on the app but still unsuccessful, does anyone know how to resolve this issue please?

I noticed that since some months ago the “most played first” type of organization/filtering on the playlists had vanished on pc (started a topic but wasn’t answered :/) but at least on the mobile version everything was fine. Until now. I don’t know if this is intended but as opposite from the albums page, the playlists page has a whole different layout where the covers are really small and you can’t switch that, also the organization/filtering now doesn’t have the “most played” then (now only in albums) then (now only in albums) these big covers were so beautiful now :( now I guess it’s intended but i’d like to say the older version was so much more practical and also prettier, it’d be good if the “most played” were added again and this organization in lines were kept BUT there was a way to switch to the one with big covers side by side.
Just got the below email and wondering what's going on. I'm in the Caribbean, Jamaica specifically. Spotify recently entered the market so I guess I will be switching. We appreciate that you're part of the Deezer Free listening community; however, sometimes good things come to an end. Deezer Free will no longer be available in your country as of 19/4/2022.
I am pretty sure this is a bug: Say you search for a music on your Deezer app -- e.g, Olhos Coloridos, Sandra de Sá. Music is found, we like the song and we want to hear it and other songs alike. We then click the three dots/options to choose "Launch Track Mix". A "Track Mix" is indeed launched _but the song we searched and used to launch the tracks mix is *not* there_. Such behaviour is completely unexpected. **Expected behaviour**: When I ask for "Launch Track Mix", the song I'm using to launch the mix should be the first one in such mix: If the music is already playing, it does *not* stop/restart or anything disruptive should happen, the app should simply start a new playlist/mix with the current song at the top. If the music is *not* already playing -- like in the result of my search, for instance --, then it should start playing *as* the first song of such mix.
I don't know how to fix this but I do know I have been paying to use a service and can't access it. It has been like this for a while and I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription because of it. I'm losing money with this! Please help!!!!!
I've been a Premium user for years, this has never happened before and now all of a sudden this keeps popping up every damn time I open the app on my phone. Why??
I’ve noticed that a lot of the API searches produce irrelevant matches, especially when it comes to looking for a self-titled album. Here’s an example: http://api.deezer.com/search/album?q=artist :“Kool and the Gang” album:“Kool and the Gang” should return http://deezer.com/us/album/8449361, but for some reason it returns the greatest hits album, http://deezer.com/us/album/70763392. If there was a date field (e.g. q=date:”1969”), this would be easily overcome.
I believe an option for your monthly playlist to be 50, 100, 125 or 150 songs would be an excellent feature. Or at least 100 songs minimum for those power users who listen to a lot of tracks. This coupled with the Crossfade feature can be a game changer for a more enjoyable experience. Thanks.
On iOS you used to be able to delete songs from queue by just swiping left on them, like you can on Android right now (I use both). But now you have to: 1. Press edit 2. Swipe right on the song you want to delete 3. Press delete 4. Press done Which is a huge setback from the one step process. Can we reverse that and to back to the old simpler way please?
When I click on a favourite track, I’d like that it starts a track mix instead of playing all my favourite tracks...
Most covers I hear, I don’t like. I notice that Deezer suggests A LOT of covers. I don’t prefer this, is there a way to indicate to the system that I do not want covers (other than individually marking them)? Thanks!
Why is it that when i select music from "flow" i am getting the same music i listened to previous and most of it is even repeated day after day

Only what we ask from Belgium is that we can use Deezer with Google Home, why in Spain and other country’s we can use it and in Belgium not. If this stay so I move to Spotify end of the story, this is now years that we ask it.
Episodes of podcast are not deleting. Nothing happens after I try to delete them. They normally went red and then was removed. Now I'm stuff with really old episodes just stuck there.
Logged into deezer account says i am in the plan that is free but i seen my bank statements and i am getting charged monthly 14.99
Hi there Deezer suddenly logged me out of device, have reinstalled app and re logged in. It says my Premium Trial has ended?? I wasn't aware this was a trial as I was paying each month. Loads of downloaded albums and Playlists lost, price now €11.99 per month very disappointed I am definitely moving to Spotify
For the Windows Desktop app (possibly others), when you finish a playlist, the list of songs in you Queue stop updating. This causes the user to completely lose a history of what they listened too, which can be very handy. Once a playlist is completed and Deezer starts auto-playing other music, then it should be added to your Queue. If Android & iOS work the same, then they should be enhanced as well. Consistency matters. :)
Hello, For whatever reason, my flow of 5 years is lately stuck in the last century and I can't reset it, regardless of how many artist I skip or select Don't Recommend. The support team was also useless in helping after multiple inquiries. It's getting annoying. Why did it change suddenly and why is it stuck?
