Hello @GOsb I have checked in our system and your subscription is active.
Please log out and Login again with the email and corresponding password inked to the account and let me know if that works for you.

most likely my account was deleted, I looked at my friend’s subscriptions there 0, but it was 1, but why was it deleted, and I don’t have a password because I always logged in through authorization
