Hello, I am trying to activate a subscription with a Dutch debit card, but I have no idea what data on the card I should insert. Deezer only allows me numbers, but the data on card is also letters. How to do it? Many thanks

Hello @Cristina.Dobra I have checked in our system and your account is from Romania so you won’t be able to use a Dutch card to subscribe.
You need to pay for your subscription with a card issued in the same country where you are trying to subcribe.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

@Jaime. Thank you very much for your answer, but to be honest and not very polite, this feels discriminatory and it totally sucks to define your audience by country and to keep them confined within some invented borders. Not to mention that I cancelled my subscription on the Romanian card and some customer service representative told me that I would be able to remake it on a Dutch card. To my total surprise, not only is the subscription now double in price (from 5 to 11 eur), but I still cannot get it. Too bad for Deezer, I am a Spotify client now with three months premium subscription for free and cheaper than 11 eur to pay afterwards. Have a lovely life!Â
