I cancelled my premium subscription a few weeks ago and and I’m now on the free version… I want to upgrade to family but it won’t let me.. I get the option to but when I try I get a message saying the is a pending payment for another subscription and to check my apple payments… this subscription doesn’t exist anymore..! Tried getting in touch with Deezer direct and they are useless!!! Getting really frustrated with it now!!

 

Hey @Robert.Michael.Mann could you please try to pay for your family subscription from a computer and not the phone. Just login to your account via www.deezer.com/offers/family and let us know if that works.

It’s all taken to long and is now to much hassle to keep messing about when all me and my family want to do is listen to music and with Deezer web help being as much use as a chocolate fire guard I’ve given up!! The price increase is ridiculous too so I’ve gone to Spotify instead! Bye bye Deezer 👋
