When I'm listening to music, its just pause me and say its another device connected and cant listen in the same time, but i delete all connected devices and reset my password and still not working...

Only mobile devices can be unpaired. Unfortunately, desktop apps and the web version are not visible. Please contact support and a reset will be carried out there.

I got a new phone and I'm trying login to my account and all my tracks and favorites are gone 


Hi @Roberta.Englert you might have logged in to the wrong account.
Could you please log out  and login again with the email and corresponding password linked to your Deezer account and let me know if that works.
