Availability of Deezer Family Service abroad

Good afternoon!

I have read the terms of use for Deezer Family Services, but I don’t have a clear understanding of the following situation. I am in Ukraine, my family was forced to leave for Israel. If I subscribe to Deezer Family Service, can my family members currently in Israel use it? Their devices have IP of different region than mine.

Hi 

No they won’t be able to use it . Family members have to be at the same region has the account owner ,which I guess is you . 

They can subscribe to a family plan in Israel while one of them is the owner of the account ( And the one who pays for it ) .

    Yes, like @Noam Asulin said, the Family owner needs to be on the same region as Family members. 😌
