No Deezer Playlists In My Sonos App

I just added Deezer to my Sonos system. I had Deezer a couple years ago and wanted to play with it again on my Sonos system. Oddly, none of my playlists are available. Clicking on the Deezer logo in the Sonos app returns a "Something went wrong" error. Deezer worked fine with Sonos a couple years ago. Any suggestions?

Deezer playlists may not appear in the Sonos app due to exceeding the limit .Deezer on Sonos has  a maximum of 1,000 playlists and up to 40,000 total songs . Reduce the number of playlists in your Deezer account if you have a massive library.

Common fixes include removing and re-adding the Deezer app in Sonos, rebooting the network (unplug your router and all Sonos speakers for 30 seconds, then plug them back in ) , and clearing the app cache in Sonos app .

Hey there ​@reb39 mine works just fine on my iOS Sonos app. I select Deezer under “Your Services,” then “Favorites > Playlists” and they are all there under “My Playlists.”

I’m on Sonos OS: S2

Version 17.7
