I noticed when playing a song like a single track from and artist and after the song is over Deezer doesn’t keep playing suggested songs like Spotify or Apple Music does.

I'm on an iPhone 12, just updated the app a few minutes ago. Songs start playing and show the full length but then as soon as audio is heard the track length adjusts to a sample of under 30 seconds. if I use flow this doesn't happen, it only happens when I try to manually play a specific song. It still says I have a premium subscription both under the app, and in Apple’s App Store.

Hello, Hoping someone has a solution that doesn't involve clearing all the data, including logon credentials etc. Or if I need to do this, I'm hoping there's a way to stop it happening again. The Deezer app on my Chromecast with TV is using far too much storage space. This is a problem for the Chromecast anyway, with only 4.4GB of space available. But of this 4.4GB, Deezer is using 1.22GB which seems insane, considering (as far as I'm aware) there is no offline playback. So what on earth is it storing? I am now getting warnings about the lack of available storage which is getting frustrating. Thanks in advance for any assistance that people can provide.

After link my Dezeer account with my Echo Dot in Brazil, I recieved the message "Deezer is not currently supported in your region" In the same WIFI I can use Dezeer in my mobile, without restrictions. This region restriction in Dezeer in only for the Alexa app?

iOS app 10.14.1.1 and Firefox or Brave on windows 10, all content selected receives this error. (iOS gets NE0600 and web browsers get NE0610) Have done all the known fix items like reloading app, logging off and on, clearing cache and the sort…

I have changed phones and cannot log into my deezer premium account. It keeps displaying the error message Require API auth. I have tried reinstalling deezer but still getting the same message. I am using an android phone. Could you please help. Thanks Divya

For the past 2 days, Deezer has been sending "Error: Failed to play" on multiple songs on the Flow playist or any other of my playlists. I pay for premium. I had logged out and even exited the app. Restarted the xbox. The issue is still happening. Why is this happening??

I am trialing Hifi subscription. I am unable to login to Deezer through Onkyo NR-646 amplifier. This is an amp that is supported by Deezer. However it doesn’t let me login. I keep getting an error message “Your details are incorrect, please try again.” I have upgraded Onkyo amp to the latest firmware. Yet no luck. Please note that I am able to login to Deezer web and IOS App with the same credentials.

I keep getting “an error occurred please try again later” on Windows desktop app, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera GX. I am not using a VPN and the adblocker is not allowed to run on the Deezer site. I basically turned off all the extensions when I am on the Deezer website. I know about the FAQ article and I already did everything in there. I tried unlinking other accounts and devices. I rebooted my PC obviously. I have a lot of space on my SSD. I cleared my cache and cookies and reset my browsers. I installed the latest security update on my PC. I contacted support and they kept asking me to do things or give information that I already did or gave. The last thing they asked was for me to try in Chrome to which I reported back it still doesn’t work. Hello! I use to use the app on an Samsung Fold and after a couple of songs the app shut down with error. I change my phone into a Samsung Flip and I have the same problem. I use the phone with the same account on another Samsung and I dove have these problems. The sons stops and when I look at the app sometimes the app is closed and another time the play is in error.
