Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

I have killed session in all devices where the account could be opened and I sent you a password request link to your email. In order for this to work please click on the link and enter a new password. After that login again with your new password.

Hi. I think I've been hacked. I had 6 followers which I've now blocked. Changed my password but I'm still getting the message below. Hope you can help! Cheers

 


@izzi I’ve done the same maintenance in your account than previous users. I also sent you a password recovery link via email. Please click on that link, reset your password and login again to your account.
That should fix the problem.

Hi @Donizete Beck @Sarah-Moon I have unlinked devices from the account and closed session in all devices where your Deezer account could be opened. I have also sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Could you follow those steps and then inform me if the problem persists?

Hi,

since weeks ago I receive the message that someone else must be listening… and I don’t have any other device logged to this account . I don’t share my account neither. I would appreciate some support because I’m not able tonloseren more than 5 songs and this message pop up. It is really annoying.

Hi,

I got multiple device warning. After that I changed password. And I checked list of devices, there are only my old phone and new one, old phone is not in use anymore so I deleted it. I also detached account from Google. But I saw there are a lot of unknown numerous to me in playlist recently listened. How is this possible? If someone else is using my account I should see new device if I'm right.

For the past 5 days I have received a msg saying that the app is being used on a different device which is not. It is quite annoying as I can not listen to one whole music without being interrupted by this msg. Please help!


I've noticed that I'm getting some weird music in my flow and recently played lists. All the artist and album names look made up, and it's all just instrumental music of various genres that I'm certain I've never listened to (nor would I want to). Is there some way to reset my account so I can get rid of this?

I’ve also reset my password and checked the connected device; however, I still have songs I haven’t heard in my recently played list. Please kill the session of my account too.

I am having the same kind of issue since few days

My account stops every 5mn, informing me that I can't use the same Deezer account on 2 devices at same time... Which of course is not the case.

Please advise

but what I dont get is... if I change my password, how can the hacker still access my account? their session does not immediately end? they are still able to connect with the old password even though its no longer valid?

someone is using my deezer account. I allready change my password but its still going on. Could you please reset my account? 
 

i dont know that person and its really annoying because my music is stopping all the time and than i get a pop up with sorry someone else is listening


I’m having the same issue. But can’t find a way to log them out. I don’t know who it is either 


I have been a subscriber for a few years now. Starting today, I am getting the message that Deezer cannot play on my android phone because it is in use elsewhere. I know for a fact that it is not.

I have the family plan, and i have it on my and my wife’s phone. I have deleted on both phones, and went through the process described elsewhere in this forum. I then opened the web App on my computer and am getting the message there. I have also reset my password multiple times, to no avail.

I own and operate a WISP, so I know that my phone was not hacked as I am VERY strict about security and the apps on my phone and running through my network.

If indeed there are others using my account, then Deezer itself was hacked. If this is a programming error on a recent applied update, please acknowledge it and address it.
