Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??
I keep getting interrupted by the error; Hmm someone must be listening
how do I resolve this? I have tried to uninstall and reinstalling the app, also changed my password but the problem persists. How can I resolve it?

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Google sign in account and Mercado Libre offer. The music keeps pausing by itself and sometimes a message pops up saying that Deezer is being used somewhere else (I haven't given my credentials to anybody). And there's music in my history that I can't recognize (many russian pop music songs)
My music keeps getting cut off by a message saying my account is on listening mode on other devices but mine is the only device connected to my account

I'm sorry to hear that. I've already unlinked the possible connected devices to your account. Also I've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please delete the app, download it again and reset your password before connecting and everything should be OK,

Every time i try to use deezer it say someone else use it. I change pasword and again it hapens after 30 sec. What is the problem? I cant use it and i dont think anyone can crack my password after 30 sec

I’ve been noticing lots of new music appearing in my favourites which I’ve never heard of and that I didn’t put there. My music has also stopped when I’ve been playing it as it said that someone else is listening.
I know that I can change my password but how can I sign out from all devices before doing so?

Same problem, deezer family. Someone connects, usually with an android device. I disconnect this device and it reconnects under another devicename.I’ve changed the password, but he keeps reconnecting, seems to be someone from Israël looking at what he/she plays.
