My Deezer account is being used by someone else

I keep getting interrupted by the error; Hmm someone must be listening 

how do I resolve this? I have tried to uninstall and reinstalling the app, also changed my password but the problem persists. How can I resolve it?

Hi @Amazinglycrazie I have made some maintenance in your account and sent you an email. Please click on the link on that email and proceed to reset your password . After that login again to your account.

I am having exactly this problem. I have unlinked ALL devices from my account (not that there were any strange ones), and I have changed my password . The problem persists. What can I do?

I'm having the same problem. I'm using Google sign in account and Mercado Libre offer. The music keeps pausing by itself and sometimes a message pops up saying that Deezer is being used somewhere else (I haven't given my credentials to anybody). And there's music in my history that I can't recognize (many russian pop music songs)

 

My music keeps getting cut off by a message saying my account is on listening mode on other devices but mine is the only device connected to my account

I've carried out some maintenance to your account and sent a password reset email. Please change your password once more and reinstall the app. And let me know how it goes!

I'm sorry to hear that. I've already unlinked the possible connected devices to your account. Also I've sent you an email with a link to reset your password. Please delete the app, download it again and reset your password before connecting and everything should be OK,

Hey @Radovanović.Jovica can you please login to you account from a computer and proceed to reset your password one more time? 
If the problem persists after that please let me know.

Every time i try to use deezer it say someone else use it. I change pasword and again it hapens after 30 sec. What is the problem? I cant use it and i dont think anyone can crack my password after 30 sec

Hi @zaherdb I have made adjustments in your account, closed session in all devices where your account could be opened and sent you a password reset link to your email;. Please click on the link, generate a new password and login again.

I’ve been noticing lots of new music appearing in my favourites which I’ve never heard of and that I didn’t put there. My music has also stopped when I’ve been playing it as it said that someone else is listening.

 

I know that I can change my password but how can I sign out from all devices before doing so?

All the time someone adds stuff to my favorite playlist or artist

Same problem, deezer family. Someone connects, usually with an android device. I disconnect this device and it reconnects under another devicename.I’ve changed the password, but he keeps reconnecting, seems to be someone from Israël looking at what he/she plays.

Hi @Mel33 sure I can help as we can close all sessions from here, which I did. Now, please follow the link I sent you via email to reset your password. After doing that Login again with your new password.
That should help to fin the problem.

Hi @Jaime. I have the exact same problem than Cesar Marshal. It's shutting my music down, I've changed my password but there is still someone using my account. Could you help??
