Duo upgrade double payment

I have been a premium subscriber for 12 years with paymemt taken on the 28th of the month.

I went to upgrade to duo and it went to take 15.99 bring me today. 

What is going on? Can someone explain? 

The 28th payment should be updated from €11.99 to €15.99 and I should pay the €4 difference for the test of the month now, not €15.99.- week ideally it would be a pro rata €2.
