subscribe issue

Hi Deezer Support,

I've been paying my monthly subscription without any issues, including last month's payment. However, now I'm being asked to subscribe and pay again, and I can't listen to my music. I logged off and log again its keep saying subscribe again :( 

Can you please explain what's going on and help me resolve this issue?

Are you using the correct email address? Could you please take a look?

 

The users here on the Community are just like you Deezer users and have no access to your payment details or account. 

It's better to reach out to the Deezer Support.
