As much as we wanted to have a music streaming service with the best sound quality available in the Philippines, Deezer is the best for music lovers but still we cannot bear the price increase in our country. Filipino’s loves to sing and enjoy music as much as other countries but it’s to pricey. Hope that Deezer Philippines can adjust their pricing to a more affordable and competitive with other streaming platforms.

The current subscription annual rate was raised to PhP5,210.00 which was still bearable. But in 2024, it was increased to a whopping PhP5,929.00! My wife demanded that I cancel or I surrender my credit card. I have pleaded Deezer for a fairer and decent pricing commensurate to the payslips of middle-income workers who, by the way, compose of the most music lovers in the Philippines.

Hi Tiny Dancer! As of now, Deezer hasn’t announced any plans to lower its subscription rates in the Philippines. Pricing often depends on licensing and local market strategies, so changes are possible in the future.
