My account is listed as a free account but i just paid for premium July 17. Been a subscription member since 2020.

Yeah, something is currently wrong with subscriptions, see also the Deezer subreddit with similar reports:

Deezer is down in some regions : r/deezer

No official statement yet, and logging out and in again might already help.
