[BUG] The app is automatically scrolling to the top of my playlists when I unlock my phone

Hello, I've had a bug for a few weeks and I don't know what to do. I have a playlist of ~978 tracks and when I scroll down, play a music, lock my phone during ~20 seconds and then unlock my phone, it automatically scrolls up to the top of my playlist. I don't know how to prevent this, I've tried several things as clearing the cache, deleting all the data stored on my phone, uninstalling the app...Nothing seems to work out.  It's really impacting my user experience and I saw that some people already posted about it a year ago and this bug has never been fixed in my opinion (or maybe it got fixed but it came back later somehow).  I have a Google Pixel 6 and Android 15. I recorded a video but how can I share it here?

Song Title UI scrolling bug

Bug: When the width of the page is reduced and then set to normal, the song title will be doubled and will scroll even if there is enough space to display it.Intended behavior: The title should only scroll if there is not enough space to contain the whole title.Platform: Firefox, LinuxThe title is doubled after performing the procedure belowVideo: https://files.catbox.moe/io12e6.mp4To reproduce: Play a song with a long title, then reduce the width of the page. Increase the width back to normal, then play a song with a short title. The title will be doubled and will wrap in the scrolling element.

Mode « aléatoire »

Malgré l’activation du mode aléatoire quand je veux écouter mes coups de cœur, l’algorithme intelligent deezer me sélectionne très souvent les mêmes. C’est frustrant, car j’ai plus de 2300 coups de cœur, et les morceaux passés ne sont pas très diversifiés… Y aurait il une façon de désactiver cette « intelligence »?

il contenuto richieato non sta caricando

Ho cambiato cellulare un s20 ultra con memoria piccola ho messo sd da 512 di fascia alta classe 3 a2 v30 samsung,ho installato deezer sul cell e la musica (scaricata) perché mi serve scaricata su sd,ma dava il problema sopra,quindi ho formattato tutto ed ho messo sia app che musica su sd,ma continua a darmi questo problema...da cosa dipende? Non posso usare sd con deezer? Può essere altro? Ripeto il cell è nuovo.

i can’t search aongs in hebrew

Suddenly Deezer doesn’t find searches in hebrew. It gives only results in russian. Anyone knows how to fix that?

downloads aren't alphabetical anymore

HeyEarlier this month I saw the the alphabetical sort button disappeared in my download list. This is really frustrating cause I downloaded more then over 100 playlists from different bands and different genres. Now that this button is gone it's a mess. I tried everything clearing cache and reinstalling etc.... But it still doesn't work. What do I need to do now to get this option back?

Deezer only downloading half of a playlist

So I created a playlist and tried to download it. Deezer is only downloading half of it and then stops for no reason. I tried all the workarounds found in the web and when I try to download again, the same happens, it stops at the same song and the rest of the playlist is not downloaded. Any hint?

Deezer widget in my home page doesn't work properly - android

Hello. I decieded to use the Deezer widget on my S24 ultra but when i play music, it doesn't show on the widget. I either have to click on it or slide down the notifications to show the controls.Is there a way this can be solved? I've read that this is s common problem in the community…

"Shuffle my music" not working as expected

For a few days now, I have met an issue in the “Shuffle my music” function both on Android app and on Desktop App (I guess I would find the same issue on Web app). The function is either telling me to create some playlist (I own 15 playlists each filled with plenty of songs) or to add some albums or tracks what I have already done too, or playing any random music that was never added to any of my playlist nor my favorite tracks. Therefore, could someone please help me finding the way out of this really annoying issue as “Shuffle my music” is the function that I am used to using the most on Deezer ?
