Personalized summer playlist isn't personalized at all?

What it says in title. The music in it is nothing I’ve listened to or similar to stuff I’ve listened to and it just popular radio rock music? I don’t see why it would claim to be personalized when it’s not.

On HOME page under Discover I see playlists:

My top June - on which are my best songs of the last month

a few Daily playlist - Discover music similar to the artists you've been listening to lately.

Discover playlist - Discover some brand new tracks and music that's just brand new to you.

Maybe that's why your playlist shows some brand new tracks and music that's just brand new to you.
