Yo, it’s been 4 days and i keep getting AI replies to my issues, the AI keeps telling me to click on non-existing menu items to fix my issues. Is there any way to contact an actual human ?

How about describing your problem in a forum where other users might help you?


Cause I know only a Deezer employee will be able to help me, I have sent them an email already, this is only a last resort.

I switched from a family account to a duo account but wanted to switch one of my seats as the admin of the account instead of the current one. In the process, the wanted seat got deleted. I still receive notifications for that seat on my other device tho so it still exist, it’s just not accessible anymore.

Before you switched from Deezer Family to Deezer Duo, you had to cancel your subscription and then you were transferred to Deezer Free and wait for your current period to end before joining Duo.
After that, you could take out a Deezer Duo subscription and you can add another member as an admin.
