Question

Is there a way to get a true shuffle, instead of a biased one that prioritize the latest favorited songs?

I noticed that the "shuffle my music" tends to prioritize songs that I had recently added to a playlist or marked as a favorite, instead of shuffling all my saved songs in equal importance. I find that behavior supper annoying because when I hit "shuffle my music" what I'm looking for is literally moving away from the things that I've been listening recently.

Is there a way for customizing this shuffle behavior?

When I use the option “Shuffle My Music” I get a mix of favourites with songs I would like.

When I want to play only my favourites in shuffle I select my favourites, start playing and choose shuffle.

Reading your message, you don’t get songs that you would like when using “Shuffle My Music”?

It's not that I don't get them on shuffle, I get them, but in a lower amount when compared to things I've been recently listening. I just performed a test to give you a concrete example:
I clicked "Shuffle My Music" and I'm looking at the first 12 results the shuffle queued for me (there are more, but 12 fit into my browser window as I have it now). 5 songs out of the 12 I'm looking at are ones that I added to my playlists this week. I have thousands of songs on my playlists and been adding them for almost a decade. If shuffle was truly random and giving all songs on my playlists an equal chance to get in the queue, it would be very unlikely (although mathematically possible) that 5 out 12 songs were those I added this week.
