My account with all my fav was deleted not long ago for no reason and I don’t know why.My profile was https://www.deezer.com/fr/profile/2086477722 and it does not appear anymore.please help me TY.

They will be filled with these suggestions but when will they take it seriously to enable it on Android and PC? This option is essential, not even being a Beta Premium user does it work well 

Will deezer ever be available in belize? I personally dislike the audio quality of the other music streaming apps and i would much rather use deezer because it not only sounds better to me it's way more user friendly but it's unavailable in my country. 

I want to pay for deezer but google play won't let me. They are asking me to provide sensitive information that I don't feel comfortable with but they will not unsuspend my account unless I do. Can I have a deezer subscription without going through Google play?

Hello, I am a subscriber and when I try to connect through Bluetooth to listen to music in my car my account will tell me that there are other devices connected. I check my phone and find no other devices connected other than my phone. I'm thinking of changing app...

Hello. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, I used the dektop application and was pleasantly surprised that the developers added the ability to create Flow by genres. For me, this option turned out to be very useful. So I hope that in time this feature will appear in the mobile version as well.

I want to delete my deezer account but i cant because dezzer free is no longer avaliable in my region, and i cant access to the configuration panel, is just a payment website whit subscription plans.

Hi there, I just had a couple of questions about Flow... 1) I Like and Dislike Songs of the Same Genre so how does Deezer's Flow determine if I Like or Dislike that Genre? 2a) I assume that Normal Flow includes all my Favorite Songs - is this correct?b) Does Flow Mood include all the Songs in my Favorites List or Only Some? (I ask if there is a distinction here because I wonder if only Songs that Fit the Mood will be included from my Favorite Songs to maintain that Feeling/Ambiance...) 3) What can be Expected with the upcoming updated ability to change Discovery Level? Currently it is possible to switch between 2 formats - "I want more Favorites/Discoveries." 4) Is Deezer getting rid of the Feature to "Change the Style" for Flow? How Come? Thanks,Glenn

Good day! I was charged sales tax because Google does not use the billing address or Shipping address associated with the payment method. They suggested that I contact Deezer directly for a refund.

I used the wrong emails to setup my account. An email that isn't even mine. I still pay monthly, and have been for over 4 years but how can I retrieve and or correct my account when the option for Login with phone number isn't there?how can I change the email on my account if I don't have access to it?

Paid subscription Songs will just stop playing, takes about 30 seconds to reconnect then I either have to restart the song or skip it (happens part way through songs) . No trend in this happening, no particular artist . Just random crashes, at least 1 per hour of listeningAnyway to fix this? Not impressed as a paying customerAndroid user

Is the quality of stations also better once subscribed to premium?

All I'm trying to do is change debit card info and it appears as if there's no way to accomplish this seemingly innocuous easy task with Deezer. Deezer wants me to sign up again which clearly, I don't need to do since I already have an account. I thought, okay I'll call customer service... I'm sure you see where I'm going with that. So this being my only option ( which I might add is ridiculous), I'm sending this in the hope that someone reads it in a couple of days and gets back to me to find out what the problem is so I'll explain the situation again, via email, and wait for a reply. This process should be completed I'm guessing by Wednesday of this week if I'm lucky. In the time it took to wear my little thumb out texting this I could have called, talked with an agent about his/her weekend, got all caught up on how things are going with the fam and dealt with my issue. I’m on deezer to listen to music not to take quizes or test my skills or to do anything with ‘friends’ and further distraction. I updated my subscription to Deezer family on Saturday and it’s now Monday and has not updated so we know how long this normally takes 

Has anyone noticed Deezer is throttling the number of tracks by putting a number of seconds delay between tracks? It isn't a problem with the Internet connection, instead the track plays silently before restarting. 

Hi!Notifications: Fresh tracks & news about the artists I like or might likeIs there any way to remove "might like" part? The issue of Deezer notifying me about new releases based on what I MIGHT like is very annoying, especially because I don't get notifications about half of the artists I actually follow - I have to scan their social media to know that their new album or a single is out, and yet Deezer is notifying me about the releases of completely unknown/non-related to my taste artists, especially on Fridays. When I want to discover new things, I go to: Made for you - Discovery or simply use Flow. 

I listen to flow fairly often but here lately it will start a song and then it will start up another, try to load it, then skip ahead, and then it repeats a number of times. I opened up the queue today as it was doing this and it was resetting the history at the same time it was skipping. Also, the length of the flow playlist not infinite here lately. Now, i  know that my phone being the cheap piece of crap that is all the rage these days is possibly a factor in this but something is going wrong on your guys' end here lately, i listen most of the time while i am at work and it would be nice to have a program that i am paying for to work decently, please fix this.
