Hello! Please, I need help to delete my free Deezer account. I tried by my own using your guidelines but I was not able to do it. I wrote an email to your Deezer Support but they don't reply to me.

Could you please help me?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you still want this, you can do it yourself.

Go to Deezer.com on a browser and go to your account settings.

There you are able to delete your account:

Hello @zazu131234 please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to delete your account and information from the system.
Please let me know how it goes and I can proceed to delete your community account after.
